Claimed by our Oaklawn Park claiming fund on March 7, 2015, this seven-year-old "war
horse" is one we are excited to welcome to the stable. Our goal was to find a quality horse
that could deliver high-caliber racing to his owners. Bull Dozer fit the bill. He has won 16
of 50 races and placed in the top-3 an astonishing 66% of the time. These results have been
achieved in some of the highest levels of racing. He has earned more than $492,000, is
multiple stakes-placed and has won more than $100,000 for the past three years in a row.

Can he still remain competitive? Absolutely. Bull Dozer recorded his second best year of
earnings in 2014. He has been stakes-placed twice in the past six months. His dam won five
races and ran 43 races over a five-year-period. His sire, Trippi, was Florida's Champion
Sire before being purchased to stand in South Africa, where his progeny are breaking
records. It was our opinion that after 22 races in 23 months, this horse deserved a vacation.
We immediately sent him to enjoy the spring in Kentucky, smell the flowers, put on some
weight, simply "be a horse" while getting his mind right so that he can come back hardcharging
and ready to work in May.

Trainer Bret Calhoun conditioned and raced this horse over 15 months ending in August
2014. He is very familiar with the horse, his durability, and the race he needs to run to win.
That kind of knowledge adds tons of value to this claim and sets up Royal Colors Racing
and Bull Dozer's partners for a fun and hopefully rewarding ownership experience in the
months to come. He is slated to race in and around Kentucky this summer.
